2. COMPETITION TIME
The competition period is 1.1.2025-1.1.2026
3. PARTICIPATION IN THE COMPETITION AND PRIZE
The prize is personal. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted into cash. The competition is open to natural persons resident in Finland who are at least 18 years old. Excluding employees of OmaWatti Lämmitysysteme Oy and their family members.
The prize draw is open to all entrants by 1.1.2025. Participants in the prize draw include those who took part in the prize draw at the fair and in other ways. We will notify the winner by phone. If the winner is not contacted within two weeks of the draw, OmaWat has the right to draw a new winner.
The prize is up to a Jäspi Basic Split 8kw air-to-water heat pump for a private house owned in whole or in part by the participant.
The property must be a detached house or a leisure dwelling located in Finland within LämpöWat’s area of operation. If the price of the solar energy system purchased is less than the prize money, the difference will not be refunded. If the cost exceeds the value of the prize, the customer is responsible for any excess costs.
4. REGISTER DESCRIPTION
Purpose of the register:
The purpose of the register is to process information necessary for the customer relationship in accordance with Section 8 of the Personal Data Act. The data is used for customer relationship management, development, analysis, statistics and communication.
Disclosure:
The information will not be passed on to any other party.
